A2: Speed 1 (40N.m) is for small bolts M5-M6 and small screws for precision work without slipping. Speed 2 (90N.m) is for medium bolts M8-M10, the most commonly used for daily assembly. Speed 3 (140N.m) is for large bolts M12-M14 and high-tensile bolts, delivering maximum driving force. We recommend starting at a lower setting and adjusting up based on bolt size and material.
Q3: The chuck is 6.35mm — can I use sockets? Can I drill with it?
A3: The 6.35mm (1/4″) hex quick-change chuck is designed for driver bits (Phillips, slotted, hex, Torx, etc.). A 1/4″ socket adapter is included for use with standard 1/4″ drive sockets. Drilling is not recommended — impact drivers don’t have axial hammer action, so drilling efficiency is low and bits can be damaged easily. Use a dedicated drill or hammer drill for drilling.
