Product Description

This pointer torque wrench is made from premium chrome-vanadium steel and finished with precision polishing and double-layer chrome plating. The bright surface provides an attractive professional appearance as well as good rust and corrosion resistance for long-term maintenance and installation work.

Featuring a mechanical beam-and-pointer design, the wrench displays the applied torque in real time during operation. This allows users to monitor tightening force visually and perform fastening work according to torque requirements. It is suitable for automotive repair, machinery assembly, equipment installation, steel structure fastening, and general industrial maintenance.

Two specifications are available: a 1/2″ drive model with a 0–300N·m range and a 3/4″ drive model with a 0–500N·m range. Compatible sockets, extension bars, and accessories can be used according to the drive size.

Caution: Do not overload the wrench. Exceeding the rated torque range may affect performance and may require recalibration.

FAQ

Q1: How do I read torque on a pointer torque wrench?
A1: Apply force smoothly and observe the pointer position on the scale to read the current torque value. For better accuracy, read the scale with your line of sight perpendicular to the dial.

Q2: What is the difference between the 1/2″ and 3/4″ drive models?
A2: The 1/2″ drive model is rated for 0–300N·m and is suitable for common repair and assembly work. The 3/4″ model is rated for 0–500N·m and is intended for higher-torque applications.

Q3: Can this wrench be used for vehicle wheel lug nuts?
A3: Yes, provided the required torque falls within the wrench’s rated range. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer’s torque specification and use the correct socket size.

Q4: Can I use the wrench beyond its maximum torque range?
A4: No. Overloading may affect tool performance and may require recalibration. Always use the wrench within its rated torque range.

Q5: Does the wrench require maintenance?
A5: Wipe it clean after use and keep it dry. Avoid dropping, striking, or disassembling the pointer mechanism. Do not store it in wet or corrosive environments.

Q6: What is the difference between a pointer torque wrench and a click torque wrench?
A6: A pointer torque wrench shows torque continuously using a mechanical pointer. A click torque wrench is normally preset to a target torque and provides an audible/tactile click when the setting is reached.

Q7: Do you support customization?
A7: Yes. OEM/ODM customization is available for branding, torque range, drive size, scale units, packaging, and tool-set solutions.
