Product Description
This offset striking box-end wrench is forged from premium 40Cr alloy steel, offering high strength, excellent toughness, and dependable durability. The wrench is fully heat treated to improve hardness, impact resistance, and long-term service life for heavy-duty industrial fastening work.
Its unique offset/angled box-end design provides extra clearance around flanges, pipes, brackets, protruding studs, and adjacent equipment components. The enclosed ring profile surrounds hex nuts and bolts more completely, distributing force evenly and helping reduce slipping, rounding, and fastener damage.
The reinforced striking end can be used with a hammer to apply additional impact force for large, high-torque, rusted, or long-installed fasteners. A black coated finish provides low glare, rust resistance, corrosion protection, and improved durability in workshop, outdoor, and industrial environments. This series is available in sizes from 22mm to 75mm.

FAQ
Q1: What is the difference between an offset striking box wrench and a standard striking box wrench?
A1: A standard striking box wrench usually has a straight handle. An offset striking box wrench has an angled/offset ring head that provides additional clearance around flanges, pipes, brackets, and protruding studs for special-angle or restricted-access work.
Q2: Why use an enclosed box end?
A2: The enclosed box end surrounds the hex nut or bolt more completely, providing balanced force transfer and helping reduce slipping, rounding, and fastener corner damage.
Q3: What are the advantages of the black coated surface?
A3: The black coating provides a low-glare finish and offers good rust resistance, corrosion protection, and wear durability for workshop, outdoor, and industrial use.
Q4: Can it be used on rusted or high-torque nuts?
A4: Yes, it is suitable for heavy-duty fastening and removal. The striking end can be used with a suitable hammer to apply impact force. For severely seized fasteners, use penetrating lubricant and appropriate professional removal procedures.
Q5: What safety precautions should be followed?
A5: Select the correct size and ensure the box end fully engages the fastener. Strike only the designated striking end. Wear safety glasses and gloves, avoid side loading, and do not overload the tool.
Q6: Which sizes are available?
A6: Available sizes include 22, 24, 27, 30, 32, 36, 41, 46, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, and 75mm.
Q7: Do you support customization?
A7: Yes. OEM/ODM customization is available for wrench sizes, offset angles, logos, surface finishes, packaging, and set configurations.
